Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Return requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags and accessories attached.
- Returned due to a quality issue (e.g., manufacturer’s defect) or an error on our part.
Return Process
- Contact us at info@bantter.it.com to initiate a return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs
We provide free return shipping for all eligible returns. We will email you a pre-paid return shipping label.
Restocking Fee
No restocking fee is charged for any return.
Refund Processing & Timeline
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days.
